The customer support team was helpful and friendly and etc etc etc But their response time could be faster. I mean c'mon it took almost a day to get a reply to my query, which slowed down the purchase process. Once they did respond, they were thorough and provided clear answers. The overall experience was positive, they always have accounts at the volume I need, but the delay is frustrating.
