For me, the most important thing is convenience and reliability. I love that CoolUtils converters deliver exactly that. I use the image and PDF document converters daily, processing batches of documents — it works like a charm. Just what I need.

If they update the design to be more modern, it would be absolutely fantastic. Overall, everything works great, which is why I upgraded to the paid version. I need to handle a lot of files every day as part of my routine work. I'm thrilled that there are tools like this that convert files seamlessly without any hassle. I'll continue using it and definitely recommend it. Big shoutout to the coolutils.com crew!
