Great clothing when you get the right size. Very comfy--- but honestly you could get similar feel from Cotton On store, which is way more affordable.
Customer Service rules take advantage of their customer. Imagine customer service policy worse than Forever21! And at least Forever21 is a lower price point, which makes return issues more valid. But this is an online ONLY shop with no brick and morter location to try on things. Why have a no-return policy when people have to order to even try on your items unless you're trying to rip them off? Instead of return they give you a store credit---which they also deduct $10.00 from your purchase. And STILL charge you shipping for the new item. It's robbery!
I was forced to choose 3 more items from the shop to buy with the "gift card" I was given as store credit. But, I would never shop here again. They are con artists with marginally good feeling over-priced clothing.

Nice quality clothing
Horrible customer service! No return label provided. No refunds, only credits.
No return label or service offered. Had to return a $350 blazer through regular mail, of course it's now lost.

Красивая одежда
Как определить размер? Интерфейс вообще - не понятный.
Никогда заказы там точно делать не буду. Жах!

The clothes are beautiful. I ordered 2 pairs of the trousers after seeing them spot lighted in a fashion magazine. Relatively speedy shipping and GORGEOUS items.
Worst customer service EVER.
Do not fall for their promise of 10% off if you join the mailing list. I joined and have requested my discount code EVERY DAY for 2 weeks. No response. No phone number or chat offered. So I will fire off another email into the webisphere every day until the end of time. UPDATE 6/29/21: I made this issue a mission...I emailed them almost every day...23 times from 5/14/21 - 6/29/21 with the exact same message attached to the original email..."May I have my coupon code today?" Today, the founder of the company emailed me and left a voicemail which included the 10% off code promised for signing up. I think that adds a couple of stars to my original 2 star review but I still sent 23 emails to accomplish that simple task.
